Serendipity offer programmes reflecting a wide range of music genres as concerts or mini staged productions.

Previous commissions include:

• The Opera Suite - an evening of popular operatic arias and ensembles set in new contexts, with the action all occurring in the same hotel room.

• Music for a Summer's Evening - a mini "Glyndebourne-style" experience of opera, operetta, musical theatre and popular standards

• Some Aspects of Love - an eclectic mix of musical theatre solos, duets and ensembles, interspersed with quotations and poetry on the theme of Love. Ideal for a Valentines themed event

• Christmas Concert - a varied seasonal mixture of traditional and modern music, including feature pieces such as Britten's "Ceremony of Carols" or Saint-Saens "Christmas Oratorio", as well as some old favourites such as "Mistletoe and Wine", "Santa Claus is coming to town" and "Silent Night"

• Showcases for classic songwriting partnerships, such as

• The Rodgers and Hart Show - a reminiscence, looking back at the enduring music of these writers, in the unusual setting of a "live" radio broadcast (audience participation encouraged!)

• Gershwin and Cole Porter - a chronological tour of the lives and music of these ever-popular composers
